When the fight was standing Lytle did have the advantage even if only a little in the beginning and a little at the very end of the fight. Unfortunately for Chris Lytle, Josh Koscheck was instructed better and took the fight to the ground where he was the much stronger of the two. It was very apparent as Koscheck was easily controlling and damaging Lytle from the top.
I would say this was an easy fight for Koscheck and just proved that he's one of the top fighters at 170 and is only improving. Not sure what's next for him, but for Lytle I think it's time to hang them up as there are not much in terms of chances at ever getting the title.
